Walkenhorst Motorsport takes part in the CrowdStrike 24 Hours of Spa

Anders Buchardt, Thomas Neubauer, James Kell and Bailey Voisin will be at the start of the CrowdStrike 24 Hours of Spa with the #35 Walkenhorst Motorsport car.

Spa. Another highlight of the season for Walkenhorst Motorsport will take place this week. Thousands of visitors are expected at the legendary CrowdStrike 24 Hours of Spa. A total of 71 vehicles in five categories will start at the 75th edition of the world-famous event.

Anders Buchardt, Thomas Neubauer and James Kell contest the entire Fanatec GT World Challenge Europe powered by AWS Endurance Cup season. Bailey Voisin joins the team for the top-class GT3 event. The quartet is one of 22 teams contesting the Bronze Cup.

The world’s largest GT3 race takes place at the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps, which, with a length of 7.004 kilometers, ensures a lot of excitement among the fans. In particular, the first corner combination “Eau Rouge” is known for incidents.

Jörg Breuer: “After the 24 Hours of Nürburgring and our premiere in Le Mans, the 24 Hours of Spa is the third event of this length within a few weeks. We have a very balanced and good driver constellation – there is sufficient expertise and speed. As a team and together with our drivers, we are really looking forward to the race. Our goal is to complete the race without penalties. If we can do that, then a top placement in the Bronze Cup is certainly possible.”

James Kell: “We have a long week ahead of us but are looking forward to the Spa24 challenge, a dream race of mine! I’m looking forward to driving with Anders and Thomas again and also welcoming Bailey to the team at this event. We will definitely aim for a strong result in the Bronze class! Everything can happen.”

Bailey Voisin: “I’m really looking forward to competing in my first ever 24 hour race and what a place to do it! The official tests over the past month have been positive and I look forward to learning even more from those around me. It’s going to be tough, but I’m looking forward to the challenge.”
